- Account information: name, email address, and password when you register
- Order information: items purchased, quantity, payment details, and pickup preferences
- Contact information: phone number (if provided for SMS notifications)
- Seller information: business name, payment account details, and store configuration
We also automatically collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device information through standard web server logs and analytics tools.

4. SMS / Text Messages
If you provide your phone number and opt in at checkout, we may send you SMS messages including order confirmations, pickup reminders, and drop announcements from sellers you've ordered from. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out will not affect your order or account.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Sellers: We share your name, email, and order details with the seller fulfilling your order
- Payment processors: Stripe processes payments on our behalf
- SMS providers: Telnyx delivers text messages on our behalf
- Service providers: AWS, Railway, and Cloudflare provide infrastructure
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@preplated.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Preplated is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
